These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) establish the legal framework governing your access to and use of the services provided by us. This document forms a binding contract between you (“the Player,” “you”) and Lucky Spins ( “we,” “us”). By registering an account or using the services offered, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any documents incorporated by reference. General Terms and Acceptance

The agreement encompasses not only these Terms but also our Privacy and Cookie Policy, specific Game Rules displayed within the game interfaces, and any conditions related to promotions or bonuses you may accept. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and other incorporated documents, these Terms shall prevail.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms for commercial, legal, or regulatory reasons. Player Accounts

To use our services, you must register a personal account and adhere to the following eligibility and usage requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. We perform mandatory age verification, and any account operated by a minor will be immediately closed, with all deposits returned and winnings forfeited.
  • You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and current contact details. It is your responsibility to keep this information updated; failure to do so may result in account suspension.
  • You are permitted to register and operate only one account for personal use. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and this rule extends to one account per household, IP address, and payment method. Breaching this policy may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any winnings.
  • You must agree to our identity verification process, which is required by law. This includes providing any documentation we request to confirm your identity, age, and source of funds. Your account may be restricted or suspended until these checks are completed to our satisfaction.

Financial Regulations

All financial transactions related to your account are subject to the rules outlined in this section. This includes the processes for depositing funds, requesting withdrawals, and any applicable fees or limits.

Depositing Funds

To place real-money wagers, your account must be funded using a valid payment method registered in your own name. We do not accept deposits from third-party sources. We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at our discretion. All deposited funds are held in an account separate from our company’s operational funds; however, these funds are not insured as we are not a financial institution.

Withdrawing Funds

You may request a withdrawal of the real-money balance in your account at any time, provided that all verification checks have been completed to our satisfaction. Withdrawals will, whenever possible, be processed back to the same payment method used for the initial deposit. If this is not feasible, an alternative verified method will be used.

Withdrawal and Payout Limits

To ensure compliance and security, we adhere to withdrawal limits. The standard limits are detailed in the table below. Progressive jackpot wins are exempt from these limits, and limits may be adjusted for verified VIP players at our sole discretion.

Additionally, unless otherwise determined by management, the maximum cumulative net win within a 24-hour period (00:00 to 23:59 CET) is capped at the equivalent of NZ$165,000.

Inactive Accounts

If your account shows no meaningful activity (login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal) for a consecutive period of 9 months, it will be deemed an “Inactive Account.” We will attempt to notify you before this status is applied. A monthly administrative fee of NZ$18 will be deducted from the balance of an Inactive Account until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Once the balance is zero, the account will be closed.

Player Responsibilities and Conduct

As a user of our services, you agree to the following standards of conduct and accept full responsibility for your account:

  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and must not share them with any third party. All activity on your account is your responsibility, and we are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access.
  • Lawful Use of Services: You must not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities, such as money laundering. We actively monitor transactions and reserve the right to report any suspicious behaviour to the relevant authorities.
  • Restricted Jurisdictions: You warrant that you are not physically located in a Restricted Territory while using our services. These territories include, but are not limited to, the USA, Netherlands, France, the Dutch West Indies, and Curaçao. Any attempt to circumvent these geographical restrictions may result in the permanent forfeiture of your account balance.

Service Integrity and Interruptions

We are the owner or authorised licensee of all intellectual property on the Website, including software, graphics, and text. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use this content solely for the purpose of engaging with our services. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, hardware or software malfunctions, or poor network connectivity. In the event of a game disconnection, we will attempt to restore the game to its state prior to the interruption. If restoration is not possible, any unsettled wager will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.

Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you, subject to the completion of our verification procedures.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our absolute discretion if we suspect a material breach of these Terms. This includes engaging in fraudulent activity, taking unfair advantage of bonuses or other players, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may request to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from our services at any time. A self-exclusion request will result in the immediate closure of your account for the specified period, during which you will not be able to log in or receive marketing communications.

Legal and Miscellaneous Provisions

If you have a complaint, please contact our customer support team with full details. We aim to resolve all disputes within 90 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, the matter can be escalated to our compliance department and, if necessary, to our Master Licence Holder, Antillephone N.V.

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any indirect losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Curaçao will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from this agreement.
